Outreach Care International is a Tanzanian registered educational consultancy institution with, interalia, a specialized mandate to facilitating admission into world-class tertiary education and other trainings in related curriculum.
Outreach Care International (OCI) coordinates and collaborate with other like-minded international higher learning institutions to enable access to curriculum developed by academically approved and certified world class experts of our overseas higher learning partner institutions in the US and UK, at different levels, Diploma, BA, MA and PhD.
